Putting in a garden has been a family project since Christmas - we have tilled, fertilized, planted, watered and made lots of messes in the mud and dirt. Here are a few pictures of the process in our backyard. The update as of today - a few corn plants are peeping out and we are excited!
Behind Samuel is the watermelon hill. Jeremy has a dream of having hundreds of watermelons on our hill to give away to everyone we know - I'm hoping we have a couple of yummy ones to eat!

man, you have an huge backyard! and great aspiration and patience to tend to that garden.. it will be fun to see the fruits of your labor!
ps. your kids are growing like weeds.... think its time for another???
