I DID IT!!

Warning ** sensitive material ** Mama thinks this is a big deal
I pooped in the potty all by myself - ok it was only once but hey - I DID IT!!! (thanks to all you moms who gave mama advice) I've put up a long fight for several months but the potty won. I've been going #1 for a while and no accidents but something about the other scared me to death. Mama was so excited last night I thought she was going to pee in her pants! Mama was beginning to cave and give up but Daddy was sure I would eventually just poop! OK - one time down, a lifetime to go - whew! hard work.

Fathers' Day and Lucy's Boots

I helped mama make dinner for Grandpa Noonan and Daddy yesterday. I put away the silverware and set the table. We had yummy shrimp, mashed potatoes and peas. Grandpa Noonan showed me how to use my potatoes as glue to stick all of my peas to my spoon. After dinner I went with Daddy and Grandpa Noonan to the playground to remind them how grateful they are to be my Daddy and Grandpa! after that I got to stay up and watch part of the basketball game with Daddy - Go Celtics! I told Daddy I loved him and told him Happy Father's Day! I liked Father's Day so much I even told mama happy fathers' day this morning before she left for school. I like holidays!


Shoes, shoes, glorious shoes! Lucy really love shoes - especially these boots mama found for 99 cents. Mama had a great time laughing as Lucy walked around with these on her feet and another boot in her mouth!

Pooped

Mama is pooped. (FYI - Mama sanctioned my use of the word 'pooped' in this circumstance. I rather like to use it as in poopy-head, you're so poopy, or Lucy-Poopy - ALL of these uses get me sent to my room - or worse but the statement above is Mama approved. Of course, I'd rather say 'poopy' in any of these ways than actually go poopy in the potty - yes, I am totally fine with peeing in the potty but I am an abstainer at the moment, strongwilled, independent, poop where I want to child.) Mama is finishing her second week of summer classes and has been working hard. She has classes M-R and two days she is there ALL day 8am-8:30pm. I miss her but this week I got to stay with my neighbor, Jordan and play - his mommy gave Lucy and I yummy snacks. Mama is studying alot too - she is taking Anatomy/Physiology, Microbiology and Statistics so that one day when she grows up she can be a nurse. But Mama is pooped
