After picking up Samuel from school we were having a discussion about hard work, being diligent in school even when things are hard, and how to enjoy being challenged and Lucy interjects
"Yeah, if you don't work hard then when you grow up you'll be one of those people dressed up like the Statue of Liberty" (you know those people in costume advertising tax help)
She's learning...that Lucy girl is a smart cookie.

My sweet Lucy...she's just like her mama!!! Grandma doesn't want her dancing on the side of the road either.
