Thursday I was playing outside with the kiddos. I told Samuel I was not up for a game of soccer or anything that required running (we played basketball the day before) so he suggested sword fighting. After a sword fighting bout and some jousting - princess Lucy stepped of the 'falcony' where she, dressed in royal wear, was observing the competition and waved her hand around, cried "STOP!" and said
Lucy: "Knights...you must forgive one another!"
I wonder how many times she's heard me say that when she and brother were fighting?
I love their little hearts that soak up stories and the little things you say.
